Grades 9–12. All three wrestling styles. Designed for competitive athletes with 1+ year experience. March–October.

Weekend Hammer Clinics and multi-day summer camps. Focused technique, chain drilling, and live wrestling.

From 8 Wrestlers to 150+
When NOVA WC was founded in 2015, we saw a gap in the wrestling experience across the DMV region. We wanted to create an independent facility where any student wrestler could train — regardless of school affiliation, geographic location, or skill level.
NOVA WC began as a group of eight wrestlers training in the James Madison High School gym. Today, we have over 150 wrestlers, a solid coaching staff, and what we believe is the best independent wrestling facility in Northern Virginia.
At NOVA WC, we want each athlete to compete to the best of their ability — but we also want to see them grow as self-confident individuals. We value the strengths that each wrestler brings to our club.

Youth Practices
Beginner, Intermediate & Advanced tracks for boys and girls ages 5–14. Back-to-Back Youth State Champions.
NOVA WC offers 3 different youth practice tracks, year-round, for boys and girls ages 5–14 — with zero experience required to begin. Our students are trained in Folkstyle by certified coaches in a highly structured, disciplined environment with active coaching.

High School Program
Grades 9–12. All three wrestling styles. Coached by champions.
Our High School Program is designed for grades 9–12 with 1+ year of experience. Athletes are trained in all three styles of wrestling — Folkstyle, Freestyle, and Greco — by certified coaches in a highly structured and disciplined environment.
